We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the delivery date of the product.

-Summary about the return reason

Our online customer service team is happy to assist you for eligible returns, we are willing to provide you with the best shopping experience.

2. To be eligible, please make sure that:

🔸 Refunds 

Refund are processed after we receive the Item. Once the item is received, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account. You can check the payment method that was refunded.(Your return label will require you to return the item at your own expense. )

Items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to an coscelia.com  error

If you will cancel your order(unshipped), please send us an email. Refund are processed within 1-3 business days after you submit your cancelation request.
