30-day COSCELIA return policy
Items shipped from coscelia.com, including coscelia overseas warehouse, can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. If you have received a a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us to seek help (Email:email@example.com)

We will process your return request in 2 business days and provide a return address or offer a refund without requesting the item be returned
2. After you receive the approved email, please send the Item back in its original condition
3. If the order is valued at $25 or more, please ship your return with a signature shipping service and provide us the tracking number

Refund are processed after we receive the Item. Once the item is received, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
